EASTND is located in 250 University Avenue. Parking is available on the sides and back. There is a waiting area inside the front door. Please have a seat and our office manager or practitioner will check you in prior to your appointment. For first time patients, we ask you to fill out the consent form and intake prior to arriving. If you could bring a list or photo of your current medications and natural supplements (vitamin c, fish oil, herbs etc) that would be greatly appreciated. If you have access to your most recent bloodwork we encourage you to bring this as well. We offer direct billing (to most major insurance companies) if you provide your insurance card or information prior to the visit.
